Absolutely terrible, I could not encourage poeople to shop elsewhere more, spent 5k on a car here, within 6 months, the rear differential had gone and a heater board, this meant my car was undriveable half the time due to the windscreen misting up, whilst the diff was covered by a warranty I had taken out through them the heater was not. Parts to fix it alone were 600 with them not being able to quote me on labour at all. When I took it in for them to have an initial look at, they never bothered to order a part in or call the warranty company to see if it was covered, two and a half MONTHS later they still had not done this. When (after I had to call them several times) they finally found out it was not covered I asked if they would put something towards it as I had only had the car 5 and a half months before it had gone wrong it took me anoth 4 weeks of calling and being passed from one department to the next before I was told to ring lancaster honda for a price, and how nobeody could autorise it untill eventually they told me they would not be putting anything toward it. John Wildings citroen is an extremely poor company with poor service, a huge inability to answer a simple question and unless you want to buy a car that may or may not be driveable within a few months of purchase you shouldnt go here.
